The math behind it
Pay per hour = pay for the period / hours worked in the period
A 600 weekly check across 40 hours pays 15 an hour.
At 45 hours some weeks, the true rate slides to 13.33.

Run three normal weeks and average them. Use the low week for planning and the high week for grace.
