Use of my content
The tools, words and design on this site are mine unless I say other wise. Share links to my pages as much as you like. Quote a short part if you link back. Do not copy whole pages and post them as your own. That is theft of my work and I will ask for it to be taken down.
No pro advice
The calculators and quizzes here are my own work and my own views. They are not bank, tax, legal or health advice from a licensed pro. Sums are estimates and can differ from your real case. Use them to start your think, then pick what fits your life. For big money moves, talk to a licensed pro in your area.
Notes you send
When you send me a note, you give me the right to read it and, if it helps other folk, to share a short part on the site with out your full name. Be kind. Rude or spam notes get wiped.
Ads and links out
This site shows ads and may use partner links that pay me a small fee if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Ads do not buy my words. Sites I link to run under their own rules, not mine.
Limits
I work hard to keep the tools right and the site up. But no site is perfect. I can not be held liable for losses that come from how you use what you read or compute here. Spot an error? Mail me and I will fix it fast.
Changes
I may up date these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
