The math behind it
Days = end date - start date
From March 1 to March 31 is 30 days.
Count weeks instead and that is 4 weeks and 2 days.

It counts the gap between them. If you want both days in, add one to the result.
+Can I count past dates?
Yes. Any two dates work, past or future. The gap is always shown as a positive sum.
+Can I count business days only?
This tool counts calendar days. For work days, take the total, split by seven and times five for a quick estimate.
+Can I count months and years too?
